1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the wins7 platform (wins7.pro) and all its services, games, apps, and related activities. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service on wins7, you automatically agree to these terms.

Wins7 is a fully licensed online gaming platform. We operate in compliance with international gaming regulations and are committed to providing a fair and safe environment for all players. Where these Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account at wins7. The platform is strictly off-limits for minors. wins7 may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is a direct violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify wins7 immediately.
• Accounts registered with inaccurate information may be suspended at any time.
• Wins7 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits at wins7 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are detailed on the deposit page.

Wins7 only accepts payments made from a method registered in the player's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. Any irregularities in deposits will be investigated.

• All deposits will be processed in BDT.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 1 business day.
• Keep your receipt or screenshot after depositing for verification purposes.
• Wins7 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from wins7. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. Most withdrawals are completed within 3–24 hours, though in some cases it may take up to 3 business days.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements).
• A minimum withdrawal limit applies; see the Withdrawals page for details.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• If unusual withdrawal patterns are detected, wins7 may place a hold on the payment pending investigation.
• Wins7 may request additional documentation for any withdrawal if required.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wins7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before opting in. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted its associated terms.

• A wagering requirement applies to most bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the applicable conditions are met.
• Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, wins7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Wins7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6Gaming Rules

All games on wins7 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by wins7 or any third party.

Players must use their own judgment and play in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, wins7 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake where applicable.

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting results will be settled based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body.
• Wins7 is not liable for any game interruption or cancellation caused by loss of internet connection.
• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing any bets.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wins7 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Using wins7 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to hack wins7's servers or technology.
• Creating an account using a fake identity or in someone else's name.
• Threatening or harassing other players on the platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Wins7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Players may also voluntarily request to close their own account. A self-exclusion request will lock the account for a specified period, during which no transactions or gameplay will be possible.

• If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, withdrawal may be permitted (subject to conditions).
• If an account is closed due to a bonus-related dispute, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
• Reactivation of a permanently closed account is entirely at wins7's discretion.

9Limitation of Liability

Wins7 is committed to delivering the best possible service; however, our liability is limited in certain situations. wins7 is not directly responsible for issues arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures, or third-party payment providers.

• Wins7 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its platform.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
• Wins7 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gameplay.
• Wins7 is not responsible for issues caused by a player's own device or network.

10Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact
